Do your products have a warranty? 
All our products are covered by a 2-year warranty, as required by law. The warranty does not cover damage due to negligence, improper use or normal wear and tear of the product.

Can I change the order after payment? 
It is not possible to change the order after payment.

Which payment methods do you accept online? 
At the moment, you can complete your order by paying with your credit card, through your PayPal account, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Can I order a product online and collect it in the store? 
Yes, at the time of purchase you can choose the "pick up in store" option and pick it up within two working days (you can consult the special openings and closings on Google Maps).

What is your return and refund policy?

What does 316L Steel mean? 
It is a very high quality hypoallergenic surgical steel. It is defined as surgical because it is the same material that surgical instruments are made of.

How long do I have to return a product?
Items can be returned within 14 days from the date you notified us of your decision to return one or more products.
